My daughter is in her last year of college. She has made it through 2 1/2 years of sonography classes without disclosing that she has mild dyslexia and Central auditory processing deficit. She did not pass her last test and was called in and basically may be taken out of the program. She then told them of her disability and they sent her to the disability office. The disability office said it will take 3 weeks to process her by that time the semester will be over and it will be to late. Does she have any recourse?
