1945What are customer's rights when Professional dry cleaners ruin your garment? They always say it not their fault...that it is the fabric or that they are not laible for stains that they can't get out even though the stain wasn't on the garment when it came to them. I'm so frustrated because this is not the first time. Once they completely ripped the front bottom of my husband's shirt and the owner said that my husband must have caught it when he zipped his pants, even though it wasn't ripped when it was brought in to be laundered. Another was a searsucker Brooks Brothers shirt and the cleaners blamed the fabric when in fact he had stapled his tags one too many times in the spot and it eventually ripped big time! I give up.....any answers would help. Thanks
