Now we all saw the “Inauguration” we all saw Aretha Franklin’s Hat! Well, we would like to let you know about our dream is to start a youth “Designer Hat Modeling Crew “.
> We would like to establish an old style to a new style of dressing up. We are here to encourage our young women to realize their significance through a faith based event. We value the importance of our young ladies growing through this experience the goal is to build a healthy long lasting friendships. To commit to helping our young ladies from all backgrounds, faith, ages all nationalities to grow emotionally, spiritually and build self-assurance in our ladies giving them self respect The sum of 10% of the proceeds will go to form “Veda’s Diva Hat Modeling Crew” this a group of woman who will walk down the runway to heaven. Our goal is to build or rebuilds self-esteem in self confidence, self respect, to be able to reach for a vision and never let it go until you have achieved it. We will present ourselves with our heads up high!
We are seeking any donations Valentine’s Day items to make baskets we are requesting that the donations be presented by Feb.10, 11, 2009 this will give us an opportunity to obtain the funds to rent 20x40 Tent for our youth mentor program event.
Donations of designer church hats, ceramic tea pots, tea cups/saucers, tables, chairs, tent to seat at least 150 to 200 people or more.
If we could receive any assistance it would be greatly appreciated to make this a successful event to support our Youth Mentor Program.
