A couple of times now I have waken up dizzy. I feel so dizzy I feel like throwing up. I have not consumed alcohol the night before. After the dizziness goes away I get a headache. I am only 29 years old. Can this be a symptom of migraines?
If it's not fun, you're doing it wrong.

It could be. The nausea fits, but you don't describe the headache. It can be other things, too. Keep a blood pressure tester next to your bed and when you wake up take your blood pressure and pulse. This will be handy information for your doctor. It could be many things, so I won't speculate. You should see a doctor, but you can look up your symptoms at the National Institutes of Health and their Medline:
