Digistar tv 42

digistar tv 42" lcd turn on for a second then it turned off and no power after. I try to find their website or a phone number and can't find. I tried to hold the display button on my remoter for 5 second like I read and unplug and replug but nothing happen. no power outage happen so i can balme it on a storm or power outage
