I have an Acer desktop computer with Windows Vista installed. No hardware or software changes have been done to it within the past few days, other than my buying a song on iTunes. However, that was a couple weeks ago. Now, when I attempt to turn it on, I press the power button and then I turn the monitor on. Both the power and monitor lights come on, the screen remains blank for a few seconds, and then a white box titled "Monitor Settings" appears. This all normally happens when I try to turn my computer on. However, after the white box disappears, "Monitor Going To Sleep" is displayed, and then the monitor goes blank. The power and monitor lights are still on, but the computer is unresponsive. Any advice?
