Depression and what kind of reinforcement?
If it's positive, then I'm OK with it.
If it's negative, like I got for years, I can cost your life. Making fun of or continuing what depresses you can deepen your depression (as it did mine) to the point of suicide, or trying.
I've been told to make it better, you may need medication, but you defintely need therapy. In therapy, you can go through why you are depressed and learn to deal with it. This takes a LONG time, and may make you hyper-vigil for a while, though i can get better.
