I bought a new manufactured home in late 2006. It is on a rental lot in Nevada. I have tried to sell it for 6 months, not a nibble. Reduced the price $10,000.00 still no nibbles. Can I deed it back to the bank? What happens if they won't take it? Payments are current but not for much longer. The lot agreement is for 20 years, what happens to that if I deed it back to the lender? I have to get out from under.
