Is decentralization of decision making powers in a company a result of individual incompetence?
Decentralization in an organization depend on a lot of factors. For instance if it there is multilevel organisation then it is wise to distribute decision making to all levels as it not only distributes work load but also facilitates efficient decision making. if the hierarchy is limited than a single head can be in control of all decisions.
