My Pom, Foxie Lady, has dark pigmentation of the skin on here soulders, back, and back of her leggs/hips. She has lost all of her undercoat in these areas and lots of her top coat. You can see her tail, no more pretty pom tail, just a few long hair. I have been taking her to the Vet for over two years for this condition and nothing has worked so far. Her thyroid is not working correctly and her medicine has been increased three times. Nothing seems to work. Sure hope someone can help. Thanks
