My father in law is from Cuba. During hurricane Katrina he lost all of his paper work except an International Drivers License and a un legible Social Security card. How do I help him get his paper work straightend out? Everyone we turn to give us the run a round. Also he would like to return to Cuba. Is this possible? Are you going to lift the embargo against Cuba. My husband has brothers and sisters, family, that he has never met. Please help us!
