You are absolutely correct. The ironic thing is, since he is defending the constitution of the state and he is an elected official, there is abolutely nothing the federal legislative or executive branches of government can do about him. The people of his county support him and have relected him. Isn't it entertaining to see the federal bureaucrats all a dither?
