Although public transport is cleansed daily, it is almost imposssible to totally remove germs and pathogens. personal vigilance is the best thing for that. Wear a face mask if you must, but absolutely wash your hands regularly, especially before putting your hands nearyour mouth for any reason.
One of the greatest problems we have is that the generations are being conditioned to living in a rm free environment, where our bodies are not facing the daily onslaught of bacteria because we are killing as much as we can in the home. How many people use antibacterial products? how many people take cold and flue medication regularly at the first hint of a cold? I am not saying don't use the products, I am saying think about how much you are using.
To build up an imunity we must be conditioned from an early age. A a child, my family did not have access to these products, I don't get sick very often. I do have access to these products and have used them around my 3 younger children, my 2 youngest children succumb to almost whatever is going around.
