Hi Ken & Daria, My wife and I own ~2000 shares of Citi's Trust Preferred Securities (cusip 17307Q205) enjoying 6% for last 5 years. We need to Hold or take Citi's Exchange Offer of 7 common (dogs)for each pfd and would hope to come out whole some day. Question to you is... 1. If you were me would you hold or make the exchange by 7/22 ? and,... 2. If hung on to.... What % chance is there that Citi would stop/defer the 6% Dividend?
