Chiuhuahs are very sensitive to cold, so I am planning to get my little guy a sweater for winter weather. I have found lots of sites that sell them in a wide variety of designs and colors, and even have a cutout area for male dogs, but I am not clear on what to do about the harness he needs to wear. I was told that tiny dogs need to wear a harness rather than a collar due to the fragility of their necks and tracheas. They tend to choke when wearing a collar, so I want to know whether they make sweaters for small dogs that need a harness when they go for walks.
