Chimney liner diameter size with multiple appliance ventings

I need help figuring the correct dia. flexible chimney liner .here are my stats

10-12 ft of lg.dia brick chimney,a 36,000 btu input hwheater, directly below chimney opening, a 108,000 btu input power vented 83% nat. gas furnace with about 36 inches of horizontal run before it hooks to chimney. I want to use single wall as there isn't any combustable around anything. My local hardware says 5" liner should be plenty -but when I look it up on chart shows a 6" is needed -because of short chimney length ,I suspect. can anybody help me do this right .thanks a bunch jeff
