Julie,

Go to Google.com and put chickenpox in pregnancy.  How many weeks gestation are you?

I cannot discuss this at length, I have to attend a class.Smile

I  think  being  around  some one with  chicken pox  can  lead  to  a danger   to  pregnant  women,  You should  contact  your  Obystercian  or  family doctor

I'm  not  really sure  But   i  think  it  would be a problem  for   you   But  than  again  consult a professional

In pregnancy, Chicken Pox is extremely dangerous, both because it's dangerous in adults anyway and because pregnancy alters the immunological strength of the expectant mother. Varicella pneumonia is the complication that is feared, and such a complication can even lead to death!  Risk to the baby is more likely if infected in early pregnancy than late.
