Anti Jewish sentiment was rampent all across America as well as Europe in the 1930's. During my training after Vietnam as a Foreign Area Officer for speciific countries --- mine was Germany;ALL of it circa 1939 --- and during this time we were shown classified photos of Aushwitz taken from the nose cameras on our bombers heading deeper into Poland, and the people in line waiting to be "processed" were clearly visable. On the western area of Germany, one bomber crew that bailed out of a city called Kitzingen were murdered by the friendly folk of the farming area. When this got back to their unit, the bomb racks were rewired so that only one bomb did not drop during a mission. That bomb was saved for Kitzingen. Nothing was left of the town at the end of the war and any soldie wearing an AAF patch had their asses kissed by the residents of what had been Kitzingen. The same thing could have easily been done for our bombers to drop on the two concentration camps of Aushwitz and Birkenow. It is pretty sad that this wasn't done. OK, now for the question. It made alot of sence to help in finding Nazi war criminals but I believe the time has come to an end. Between TV and Movies, so much has been shown about the Nazi's that it irritates me that nothing is ever shown about the Communists and their murdering of their own people to the sum of no less than 64 Million (about half of the unborn babies murdered in America since 1973) and Hitler has been "credited" with about 50 Million. I recently saw another Nazi hunting show on the History channel and the main spokesman said that the reason America is spending our money hunting very old Nazi's is "mainly" because he believes that this will be a lesson to stop any future mass murdering. I'm sorry, but that is pretty lame. The Soviets went on a rampage of mass murder against anyone even thought to has helped the Nazi's in the lands they conquered and occupied. You can take it from here all the way to the killing fields of Cambodia. I believe that much more Soviet atrocities be targeted for airing and that the time has come for America to stop spending money to find about maybe ten very old Nazi's. I believe Israel should shoulder the expence for this losing cause. America lost 8,000 Americans in the Korean War and about 1,000 during my war in Vietnam. Money would be better spent looking for an answer as to WHAT happened to these patriots. It is very discouraging that America quickly forgets its warriors and not trying to get Korean POW's back is a sin and doesn't help morale of our current military. By the way, what really angered me was that America allowed a Japanese doctor and his butchers who had tortured and even vivisected AWAKE Americans in exchange for all his "medical information". OUTRAGIOUS! Yet, no one made a point to bring that butcher and his staff to the gallows. Comments?
