Why Is Cass Sunsteen The MOST Dangerous Man In America?

Cass Sunsteen, Obama's Regulatory Czar. Who is he? Why is he the MOST dangerous man in America right now?

Maybe the following will help shed some light.

Sunstein's 2006 book, Infotopia: How Many Minds Produce Knowledge , explores methods for aggregating information; it contains discussions of prediction markets , open-source software , and wikis . Sunstein's 2004 book, The Second Bill of Rights: FDR's Unfinished Revolution and Why We Need It More than Ever , advocates the Second Bill of Rights proposed by Franklin D. Roosevelt . Among these rights are a right to an education, a right to a home, a right to health care, and a right to protection against monopolies; Sunstein argues that the Second Bill of Rights has had a large international impact and should be revived in the United States. His 2001 book, Republic.com , argued that the Internet may weaken democracy because it allows citizens to isolate themselves within groups that share their own views and experiences, and thus cut themselves off from any information that might challenge their beliefs, a phenomenon known as cyberbalkanization .

Sunstein co-authored Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness (Yale University Press, 2008) with economist Richard Thaler of the University of Chicago. Nudge discusses how public and private organizations can help people make better choices in their daily lives. Thaler and Sunstein argue that

People often make poor choices - and look back at them with bafflement! We do this because as human beings, we all are susceptible to a wide array of routine biases that can lead to an equally wide array of embarrassing blunders in education, personal finance, health care, mortgages and credit cards, happiness, and even the planet itself.[citation needed ]

The ideas in the book proved popular with politicians such as Barack Obama , David Cameron , and the British Conservative Party in general (Cameron is party leader).[ 6] [ 7] [ 8] The "Nudge" idea has not been without criticism. Dr Tammy Boyce of public health foundation The King's Fund has said:

We need to move away from short-term, politically motivated initiatives such as the 'nudging people' idea, which are not based on any good evidence and don't help people make long-term behaviour changes.[ 9]

This man also believes that animals have the right to have lawyers represent them ans sue people in courts of law.

This man wants to ban ALL hunting in America.

This man wants ALL milk and dairy products removed from school lunches, and will use the FDA to accomplish this goal.

This man is far more dangerous than even Van Jones, because he can "nudge", and "tweak" regulations to accomplish his and Obama's Marxist goals!

America, it's time to turn the light on Cass Sunsteen!

Well someone has my desk job, I can be just as stupid as he is and no one has made me a Czarina yet. I'm offended.

In all honesty, I don't know why anyone in office is doing anything but Government business, that doesn't include reorganizing my brain and the way I think and live my life, that would be a full time job in itself. Its nobodys B.I.Business what I think or what bad choices I make, thats called learning your lesson and its as much a part of life as breathing, we all make bad choices sometimes, I certainly  have made a few really bad choices recently, these people feel the need to be in your brain and soul at all times, where do they find the time.

As for removing milk and milk products from the supermarkets, go ahead, the milk is contaminated with hormones and bovine infections anyway, unless you get organic milk it's undrinkable. Maybe they should work on the food supply and how to make it edible instead of trying to stunt our childrens growth, that can't be good. The Jackasses.

If he can find an animal who can pay the lawyers ridiculously high fees then I say let the Bear go for it. They already have more rights than we do. When he puts an end to hunting I hope he likes fur, he will be surrounded by it as the animal population grows  and grows and grows, of course that would end world hunger if you want to strangle a few million of the critters.

Mr. Sunsteen should be forewarned, if he nudges me I'll nudge back , so will most people, they should get these invasive, intrusive ideas out of their heads and learn to make correct decisions themselves, they don't even sound sane lately, they are really thinking in Science fiction scenarios. They make bad decisions themselves, probably more than we do but they keep getting away with it even though we see what they are doing, we should either do something about it or they should do something about it, they are like the king with his new non existant clothes, no matter how stupid they look they think you won't notice it.  I can't believe anyone actually bought that book. He is the one who is uninformed and just plain dopey, Obama admires his ideas ? Swell, thats just freaking swell.
