Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

In 1973, Hanna-Barbera did a spinoff of "I Dream Of Jeannie", simply called "Jeannie".  She had a bumbling sidekick named Babu, voiced by Joe Besser, who had briefly been one of the Three Stooges.  He would say "Yapple Dapple" to work his magic.

Another trivia fact about this show;  Jeannie's new master, Corey, was voiced by Mark Hamill. (pre-Luke Skywalker)
