i do not understand your question as a matter of fact it is not a question, it is a request for charity.  how is the restoring this 68 SS going to help your husbands heart or health condition.  perhaps you should be asking for help with medical.  i do not mean to be cruel here, but this is not the correct forum for this type of request. you have no idea of what the car needs, is it running, rusted, etc., it may not even be worth restoring especially if frame rust.  to restore this car to good operable condition could cost  $25,000. or more depending on mechanicals and rust.
