mother signs bank loan for son ,mother has no income so bank has her put down household income loan approved.. son takes car sells to shakey junk dealer 100 miles away ,junk dealer tells mother there is tow lien on car , bank says car not worth repossing.step father being sued for 10,000.00 never knew any of this. but he was house hold income. now a 1,000.00 car in junk yard for 200.00 worth crack from junk dealer.
