Hi, ------- Yes they can, provided that they can proove that what you wrote was untrue. If you wrote that you didn't like the food and it was disgustting they can do nothing (cause that is your taste) but if you wrote that the place is dirty, there is not enough parking place, the music is too loud, and there were only 2 people at the most busy time (facts that they can proove are not true) than yes they can sue you. ------ Best regards,

Anyone can sue any one.  Will they? Probably not.  They will not want the negative attention.  I would not lose any sleep over this one.

Your honest opinion of the food, service and atmosphere of a restaurant is protected speech. As long as you make no false statements of fact, and as long as you do not deliberately misrepresent your experience, you're in the clear.  However, as pointed out, while you cannot be held liable for expressing your opinions, there is no guarantee that you won't be sued---but you won't lose.

It would depend on what type of review and a few other things,but as always if you are truthful then you never have a problem
