Asked about “Like it or not, the Temple Mount is key to Israeli-Palestinian peace”

Build A New Temple!

My question is "Why don't you just take it over and build a new temple there? Forget what the world thinks! It is yours and has been for millenia. Time to put down this wishy-washy notion of having to get along with a world that, increasingly, does not want nor care about you.

Just take what is rightfully yours and be done with it. If you need to, drive out the Palestinians. It will be horrible, but drive them forth into new lands. Let them settle in new countries like Israel had to do. Be done with it!

To say nothing, especially when speaking, is half the art of diplomacy.

I am not a religious person, but the headline from the story in the Jerusalem Post sums it up: "Like It or Not, The Temple Mount is Key to Israeli-Palestinian Peace." If Israel does what you suggest, all hell will break out, and to be honest with you, most of us living in Israel (no matter what religion you belong to) don't want this. As in many parts of the world, religion and politics don't mix and they will never mix.
