You need to pull it up. Did you use the proper felt materials to put down before the floor went down?

This is caused by moisture.  First try and figure out what the source of the moisture is and repair it. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do it take it up.  If you have some left over from your installation and it's just a few boards, you can just replace the few boards, otherwise, it all has to come up.  If it's been down longer than 3 years, most likely, the click mechanism has changed and it will be impossible to find a box that will match up to what you already have.

The laminate flooring is quite absorbing of all moisture in our and subfloors. Most laminate flooring has instructions to leave expansion spaces around the perimeter of the room to allow for the product expansion during humid times. The required a space 3/8-5/8", which was ultimately covered by shoe mould. Without such spacing, buckling will definately occur. To fix the problem : remove all base, recut the entire perimeter and the floor will drop with a slight wsooh.

Hardwood Floors this book will help solve many questions about hardwood floors.
