S/he is taking advantage of the current chaos which has become Yedda.
In fact, not only is s/he posting those ads as 'answers,' but also as 'comments.' (Two for the price of one, how wonderful...)
This new format is so screwed up that no one can tell who's who, or what's been posted where and when.
All I can suggest is that you continue to attempt to report those ads whenever you see them, just as we used to do under the old format.
Maybe eventually sanity will reign and something will be done about it.
We can but hope.
