Hello sir I am rupesh deshmukh. i was seen ur website. Sir actuly i would like to know abt some information abt hyponsis Scince 3-4 years i am suffring from sevior depression. I took treatment on it but still its not cure & i have addiction of sleeping tablets from 4-5years & i am suffring from many side effects dut to that thus i have loose my hole personality which was very dashing before 4-5 years back & i have loose my memmory 80% & i have loose my all confidence & i am suffring from some type of sevior fear. in medical report there is not any problem in my body so, i have many types of fobias like suddenly i will died, ifeel like i am always ill,  i can not do anything now in life it can cure hyponsis treatment? Awaiting for your favorable reply

Hypnosis Lessons Tutor and Article Author

Hypnosis can indeed be useful in circumstances that you describe. A good many people benefit from the sense of power, wellbeing and control that comes with training.  More specifically, I recently wrote a helpful article on this topic (Hypnosis for Confidence ) which you should check out as part of your reading on the subject, and in the meantime, good luck Rupesh.

Hello,

Don't know if you've found any resolve at this point, but I just wanted to add a comment to what you may have already recieved.  I've been a hypnotherapist for over 15 years and worked with hundreds of people for a variety of challenges.  Hypnosis is a viable alternative to dealing with the problems you face.  Utilizing regression hypnosis to find the "causes" of your troubles would be something I would have done.  However over the years other therapies have come into the picture that can work quicker and cleaner than hypnosis, plus you can take care of things on your own instead of many visits to the hypnosis center.  Check into Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  It is world wide and the studies and reports are glowing with successes for all kinds of problems and challenges.  Learn it and do it yourself and you'll see changes happen immediatly.
