You need to go to the gym and concentrate on the abs exercises. You need to ask someone in the gym which machines to use.
If you won't enroll in a regular exercise program, you can do sit ups, go jogging or walking regularly say 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time.
Be sure to limit you calorie intake, avoid bread, cakes, cookies, and concentrate more on veggies and lean meat.
