.hey curtis how about i tell you a  recipe about a old south italian meat loaf, that my mother made that will knock all meat loafs out of the park , let me know

first the meat loaf inside    two pounds chop meat lean prefered   three eggs , two ounces of grated parmesan cheese ,,  three slices of white bread soak in 6oz. of milk , chop some LARGE  5 CHOPPED  gloves of garlic , salt , pepper, some parsley,   MIX totally together, till u got one big meat ball , lay wax paper DOWN  flaten mixture meat like huge pancake , on wax paper ,,,,,  IMPORTANT now take approxmitely 5 thin slices of italian mortatella ham , ALSO you must buy 1/4 pound of sharp IMPORTED provolone , SPREAD BOTH CHEESE AND MORTATELLA ON MEAT , NOW   .....ROLL HUGE FLAT MEAT WITH WAXPAPER TILL U HAVE MEAT LOAF LOG , NOW POUR CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE ON TOP OF  LOG  BAKE TILL DONE 1/2 HOUR   ENJOY    ITS LIKE A H MEAT BALL STUFFED WITH ITALIAN HAM AND PROVOLONE        THE FLAVOUR OF THESE INGREDIENTS WILL OPEN ANYONES TASTE BUDS    GOOD LUCK , BELIEVE ME  YOU WILL IMPRESS ANYONE , RECOMENDED  WITH RED WINE , THIS WAS  MY MOMS OLD RECIPE , LET ME KNOW IF U MADE IT
