This not the Xena, you are looking for! Laughing

Bad peple

I suspect an co-worker of mine is letting the air out of my car tires.I have had the tires inspected about three time over the last six months. And they check out okay with no leaks.

He this co-worker talks about,(breaking co-workers),as he calls it. Then gets a laugh over it.

I have to go on patrol.Leaving my car behind at the shack. For up to a hour three times over the shift.

Also my food is moved around the fridge. When I get back from time to time. The water is lukewarm and taste like tap water.

We seem to have a great conversations over the shifts.Although this doesn't happen every shift it does happen on a on going time. With periods of no activity.

He also leaves urine or crap in the toilet in the shack and washrooms out in the plant .When no-one is around.

I have had thoughts of decking him.Even with out direct evidence.I have martial arts and golden gloves. As well as I street boxed for money in my youth.

And I'm well aware of the danger of letting my temper getting in the way of an adjective.

I would also stand to lose my licence.

My question is:How do I get this guy good and make it stick?

P.S.camera's won't work.As this call vindictive under the law.

Violence is not an option, you have to much to risk and it doesnt solve anything!

You must work on the evidence. A camera inside your car is legal. You can have an argument with a co wworker at the office it happenes a lot but when it comes to damaging your own property then its a problem. Maybe you can think of parking your car near a security camera thats already working.

Take this up to your boss, share your thoughts tell him you are having problems maybe he will think of a solution.

Don't go losing your temper with the jerk, he is not worth it. Why can't you report his sicko behavior to the boss? His delibrate unsanitary ways are a threat to other's health. A camera set to see him tampering with your car is a least proof to you that it is him doing it. I would take a picture of him tampering with a car. Blurr out his face (to protect his identity) blow it up LARGE, and hang it in the break room. (When no one can see you do so.) Put the caption Caution large RAT seen damaging vehicles!
