How do i keep my sanity while breastfeeding twins  and i have a 2 year old and a working mom and i have not breastfeed for 6 months.

I suggest contacting La Leche League, the breastfeeding support organisation. They might well have information and support for you.

The Mumsnet site has a discussion section on Breastfeeding. Just post there and see who comes along with a similar experience.
