If you have Rumatoid Arthritis it would seem to move around to various joints.
Osteoarthritis does not move around. However, you can and often do get it in more than one joint. Knees, hips fingers, shoulder, neck, back are the most common places. It is not limited to these places. It sometimes is found in other joints as well.
A daily work out schedule will help to keep you limber. Exercise need not be heavy just consistent. The ones you did when you had knee replacement are very good to continue doing. Taking Nsaid's will help to reduces edema and stiffness. This is important because without them it will seem like you are getting worse when in fact you just need TLC and meds. There is no cure. Don't look to be 100% pain free. It won't happen. But, with work you and your physician can keep it well controlled.
