What is Arnikatinktur? A friend gave me some of this liquid for tendinitis, but I'd like to know more about it. I googled it, but only came up with information in languages other than English.
Arnica is a plant used in Holistic medicine. I believe it is a flower of a plant that grows on the meadows. It is use for pain relief. So therefore, a tincture would be a reduction of the plant liquor (maybe with alcohol added) to intensify the effect and/or to be used as a rub instead of drinking.
