my arms are big but toned I workout with 5lbs and 8lbs and 10 lbs I do triceps kickback biceps curl but I still feel self concious what can I do to slimmer my arms if I dont do anything that become flabby
Sometimes weights are not the best way to go if you want to tone your arms. If you are overdoing it, then that is probably why your arms have more bulk than you had hoped for. Things like push ups or the rowing machine are good ways to better control the muscle on your arms. If you want to use weights, then the key is to use very light weights with more reps. Using heavy weights is what is causing your arms to bulk up. If you really want to tone your whole body then I would suggest taking pilates. It is a good way to stretch out and lengthen those muscles! Good luck!
