3 months ago i lifted a heavy box at work and felt something "snap" in the inner part of my forearm (1/3rd way up between hand and elbow). I have suffered ever since, can not lift anything, and find it very difficult to grip anything whilst moving my arm, e.g washing dishes,mopping the floor, driving.Closing the boot on my car is virtually impossible using this hand and turning door handles/opening doors. nagging pain whilst resting also.
Very painfull to try and twist lower arm or wrist pain killers no effect
