Can you measure a alligator length by going from the eye ball to the snout?
How about from the tip of the mouth to the end of the tail?

Hi,
Anna has a point. You can only measure an alligator when he's dead. It
would be scary to measure a live one not unless you had it tied down.
Tied down, and with the jaws clamped shut. Why do you need to do this?
