Aix email setup

We have a Windows-based LAN that has a combination of both computers (Windows 98, ME, XP) and different WYSE terminals - all running proprietary P21 distribution software(version A11I.15.1) on a 43P Model 140 RISC Box with AIX 4.3.1.X. We have static IP addresses with Cox Cable as our ISP. I would like to setup our proprietary distribution hardware (P21) to email invoices. I am looking for some help to set it up.
