Addition no lights

electical circuit lost light in one room but outlet work and it seem that common is contect and their no power but when i touch it to metal it blow the breaker

Replace the fuse or the bulb. It tripped the breaker because it detects short circuit when you touch it in metal. Reset the breaker by switching it full-way off/on.
