I am suffering from acute constipation for more than last 7 years. My stools are black and smelly and in very less quantity. Though my stool are not very hard, I have to sit in toilet for long durations. No laxatives, ayurvedic(Indian) medicines etc. are effective in countering my constipation. I have got done endoscopy, colonoscopy and ultrasound but all these are negative. Earlier in places where people got loose motion, I got good motion. For past 6 months, I am suffering from Anal fissures. In the year 2006, I was under treatment for E. Coli infection in semen in Ram Manohar Hospital. I was given a lot of antibiotics like Zanocin, Amikacin, Doxypal DR etc. On 21.11.2007, Dr Rajiv Sood, Head of Urology & Andrology prescribed me the following medicines for 2 months ? Zanocin 600 mg-OD ? Bedenzen forte ? K-Mac And Tab. Linozide 600 mg(strong antibiotic)- BD for 5 days. During the intake of these medicines especially when taking Linozide, I have got very good motion and perfect stools. In view of above, I got to the point that I have also very severe infection of stomach/small intestine. Please give your valuable advice in this regard urgently.
