Im 20 and my gf is 17....

I'm 20 years old and live in California. My girlfriend is 17.

We've had sexual intercourse and the condom broke... I didnt orgasm, but i was afraid that she'd get pregnant from precum. She took 2 birth control pills...

but now she just told me she's 2 weeks late on her period... and we're both worried...

I need to know some seriously dire things:

1. Is she actually pregnant, or is it possible the birth control pills are messing with her cycle?

2. I keep hearing that theres a year allowance between a minor and an adult, but I need to know if there is one in the state of California.

Also, in the event that she IS pregnant, I need to know where a good place to get a job would be that a talent-less computer nerd can work without fear of getting fired so that I can pay to support the child.

First there is no year allowance in Cal. Second find out if she is pregnant before getting a job of which there are few, and two pills will not make a diffenance after the fact. I see you are aware of pre cum so there is a good chance she can get pregers from it.

PeterBainner, Elden gave you a very good answer. Have your girlfried buy a pregnancy test at the drugstore. I hear they are pretty reliable. I applaud you for being a good man and wanting to take care of your responsibilities. Next time buy a better brand of condoms.
