i have a 1982 honda v 45. I had all carbs rebuilt/cleaned and then left the bike unattended without draining the gas. 6 months later When i started bike it would only run on full choke weather it was hot cold or warm. but the tach would work only at times. it seemed like it was running on less than 4 cylinders. had the carbs cleaned out again and it runs great. i was told that there is an electrical part under seat (voltage regulator?) and it needs to be replaced. Now the cluth just died on the way home from the shop. how do i tell if its either....... low on fluid? is it brake fluid?...or clutch cable broken?....or does the clutch need to be replaced? the only reason i`m not junkin the bike yet is I only paid $300 for bike. is there a cheap way outa this?
